SNP to cut NHS management by 25%

This is what we need in Wales, a competent Health Secretary who will take hold of the Wales NHS and these seven Trusts and 'shake them by the scruff of the neck'and get rid of the surplus managers and direct spending to the front line. Hats off to Nicola Sturgeon MSP, we need more politicians like her here in Wales.

    On Friday you posted urging everyone to join in "anti-cuts" demonstrations in Wrexham, now you are applauding the SNP cutting NHS management. Are you able to see the contradictions in your own pronouncements? Or are populist cuts of unpopular NHS managers by nationalist parties okay, whilst all other cuts are bad (especially if proposed by the coalition)?

    We also favour cutting trident and other wasteful elements, so no contradiction. By contrast the condems want to cut frontline services and decimate key public services in wales - is that something tories like you support?

    I can't believe what you are saying Druid, we have consistently campaigned against waste in NHS Wales and youv'e agreed with us on more than one occassion. You are the one being inconsistent.
